Wilhelmina believes that our bodies have a tremendous ability to heal. She has put these believes into practice healing the many injuries she sustained as a competitive athlete, from soft tissue shoulder injuries, nerve compression injuries and many broken bones. Using her experience, innate ability to listen, knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to assess and develop treatment, she strives to create an individual and holistic approach with each client. Her main goal is to provide rehabilitative and preventative care while treating the client’s main concern and returning each client to their optimal function. Wilhelmina likes to use a variety of techniques to treat conditions and will use her 23 years of Personal Training background to provide homecare programs that are specific for each clients’ individual needs. She remains a Certified Personal Trainer and believes that moving within our abilities is key to maintaining and improving our health.
When Wilhelmina is not at work you are likely to see her at the gym, playing lacrosse, football, hiking the mountain trails, paddle boarding our beautiful coastline or sailing around the Island. Her grandson is her pride and joy and will be joining in her adventures as he grows
