Wilhelmina has 20 years of teaching experience and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and a Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist.
Her certifications include Aquafit, Spin, Bellyfit, and Twist Conditioning Coach. Her diverse class experience (bootcamps, TRX, dance, kickboxing, kettlebell, step, aquatic, spin, etc.) and many years of teaching have allowed her to teach a wide variety of classes to a multitude of fitness levels. Classes are fun, inclusive, and effective. She loves to build a dynamic environment and bring a group together so everyone feels they can succeed no matter their fitness level. Her laughter, stories, and genuine nature make everyone feel welcome! But don’t let that fool you, she will also push you to succeed while helping you build from where you are.
Wilhelmina’s athletic background includes traveling throughout the states playing Women’s Field Lacrosse (Currently she is playing for Vancouver), playing in the local rec Box Lacrosse League, and playing football in the Cowichan Women’s football league. When not playing sports, she enjoys running, weight training, hiking, exploring the island, skiing, and trying out new activities. For her 2018 year, she’s already learning how to surf and is eager to learn how to mountain bike with confidence.
