Sarah Jones, MScPT, BHK, FDN/IMS, Pelvic Health

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University in 2013. She then moved to Hamilton, Ontario, and completed her Master's of Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2015.

After graduating from university, Sarah moved back home to the Cowichan Valley to work in private practice. Her professional interest is in treating pelvic floor dysfunction and pre- and post-natal women.

Sarah has always been active and played as many sports as possible. She now spends much of her free time strength training, hiking, trail running, and playing volleyball and basketball. She loves to do anything outdoors, especially camping and quadding.

Sarah believes strongly in treating the body as a whole. She enjoys the challenge of figuring out how other orthopaedic conditions (i.e., low back pain) relate to pelvic floor dysfunction.
