Brendin Schievink, MPT, BHK, IMS/FDN
After completing his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in 2010, Brendin continued his education at the University of British Columbia, where he completed a Masters of Physical Therapy degree and graduated in 2012.
Since graduating from University, Brendin has worked in a private practice setting that has allowed him to help people rehabilitate from sports injuries, post-operative orthopaedic injuries, whiplash associated disorders, and neurological conditions.
Brendin's athletic background revolves around hockey. The sport allowed him to travel and meet many great friends along the way. In the off-season, he stays active playing slow pitch, golfing, running, and hiking with his dog. He also enjoys salmon fishing and being on the ocean with family and friends.
Brendin believes that to recover from an injury, patient education combined with a plan to address recovery at home is crucial to managing any issue.
